Fall Season Private Parties

During our fall harvest season when Leeds Farm is open to the public, we offer an option to Rent the Farm for large private parties. This option is available on weeknight or weekend evenings from 6:00-8:00 pm.

The typical group size for private party events is 600-900 guests; the minimum number is 500.

Private party events include all the Leeds Farm activities, Hayride, Pumpkin Express Ride, Green Acres, Straw Barn, Granary Barn, Pumpkin Plunge Slide, Pedal Carts, Pumpkin Jumps, Tube Time, Combine Slide, Mountain Slides, Corn Box, Trike Track, Mini Zip lines, The Big Zip Line (52" & taller), and farm animal barns.

Permanent restrooms are located near the North Barn and also near the hayride loading area. Portable toilets are located throughout the farm. Hand-washing sinks are located in the Big Barn.

Groups renting the farm for private events provide any food and/or beverage they wish to have.
