**Enjoy express entry! Leeds Farm has a separate admission gate for pre-purchased ticketholders. Save money and time with pre-purchased tickets!

Please note these important details:

1. Our farm is located in an area with VERY POOR CELLULAR OR WIFI SERVICE. Please save yourself the hassle, save money, and purchase your tickets BEFORE arriving at the farm!
2. A ticket is required for every guest age 3 and over. General Admission for ages 3-54 and tickets for Adults 55+ include hayride and all activities except Big Zip Line.
3. Tickets are for a specific date and arrival time. Guests can enter the farm any time after their timeslot begins and are welcome to stay until the farm closes at 5:00 pm.
4. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable due to weather or attraction availability. Refunds are issued ONLY if Leeds Farm closes for the day. If Leeds Farm closes on the date of your ticket, the full amount of your purchase will be refunded to the original credit card.
5. Group rates are automatically applied for purchases of 10+ tickets. (Group rate tickets must be purchased in a single transaction and for the same timeslot.) Group discount only applies to General Admission tickets, not Adults 55+ tickets.
6. A Barn Pass is required for admission to all activities. Upon arrival at the farm, please first scan in at the Admission Barn to receive your Barn Pass. You can either print your tickets at home or show them on your mobile device.
