Shelter Rentals

Leeds Farm offers two shelters, the Pine Shelter and the Pond Shelter, that can be rented for your group.

Pine Shelter

The Pine Shelter is located in the center of the farm with easy access to dozens of activities.

Amenities include:

  • 20’x20’ covered shelter
  • Seats about 20
  • 4 Picnic tables with attached benches
  • 2 8-foot tables
  • 1 electric outlet

Time slots available (two hours):

  • 10:00 am – Noon
  • 12:30-2:30 pm
  • 3:00-5:00 pm

Rental rates:

  • September weekends with 20 passes included: $400
  • October weekends with 20 Passes included: $500
  • Shelter only, no passes included: $250

Pond Shelter

The Pond Shelter overlooks the farm pond and is near the Big Zip and Tube Time activities.

Amenities include:

  • 24’x40’ covered shelter
  • Seats about 50
  • 8 tables and 50 chairs
  • 3 8-foot tables for food or activities
  • 4 electric outlets

Time slots available (three hours):

  • 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
  • 2:00-5:00 pm

Rental rates:

  • September weekends with 40 passes included: $800
  • October weekends with 40 passes included: $1,000
  • Shelter only, no passes included: $500
